Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential learners via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to guide them through our unique course offerings.
  • Identify students’ goals, interests, and learning preferences to recommend the most relevant Vedic Science programs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with leads and ensure a smooth enrollment experience from inquiry to conversion.
  • Highlight IIVS’s core strengths, certifications, and learning outcomes to drive admissions.
  • Maintain and update all interactions, follow-ups, and lead progress in the CRM system.
  • Work proactively on the sales funnel to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with academic and onboarding teams to ensure seamless post-enrollment support.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven B2C sales experience in EdTech / Education sector (Inside Sales / Counselling preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent command over English and Hindi — both spoken and written.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer Focus: Empathetic, patient, and confident while counselling learners.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Mindset: Target-oriented, well-organized, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced EdTech environment.
