Position: Head of KPO Location: On-site Team Size: ~50 professionals Domains: Legal, Finance, Healthcare, Analytics About the Role: We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) division. This role involves overseeing multi-domain operations, driving client satisfaction, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing a 50-member team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outsourcing, operational leadership, and team development across diverse knowledge areas. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage KPO operations across multiple domains Ensure timely, quality service delivery and SLA compliance Build and maintain strong client relationships Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and compliance Manage team performance, training, and growth Collaborate with leadership on strategy and business development Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in KPO/BPO or related services Proven team leadership and client management skills Strong understanding of knowledge-intensive domains Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities Experience with quality/process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred Reporting To: COO / Head of Operations If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for knowledge services and team excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
