Job Summary: We are currently looking for a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating manual machines such as lathes, mills, and surface grinders. This role focuses on producing precise metal components according to technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual machine tools (lathe, milling machine, drill press, surface grinder, etc.) Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions Select proper tools, speeds, and feeds for each job Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep work area clean Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Requirements: Proven experience operating manual machines in a workshop or manufacturing setting Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Trade qualification or technical training in machining (preferred but not required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 24 months Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
