Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Outreach: Handle inbound/outbound leads, make scheduled phone calls, and connect with prospective students/parents via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Consultative Selling & Counselling: Understand the candidate's career goals, assess their eligibility, and consultatively pitch the right Ed-Tech courses or programs.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales, revenue, and enrollment targets.
• Product Presentation: Clearly explain program curricula, fee structures, financing/EMI options, and career outcomes.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate daily logs of calls, follow-ups, and conversion metrics in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Sheets).
• Post-Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the onboarding and finance teams to ensure smooth fee realization and student onboarding

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
