Site visits, inspections, and documentation related to grid interconnection and commissioning will also be part of your duties. You will be responsible for maintaining quality documentation and supporting corrective action processes. In the capacity of a Safety Officer, you will be tasked with implementing and monitoring site safety plans and procedures. Your role will include conducting safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments, ensuring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and fostering a safety-first culture by reporting and investigating incidents. Regarding Design Engineering, you will assist in preparing electrical designs, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLD) for solar power plants. You will support load flow analysis, short circuit studies, and cable sizing calculations, in addition to participating in the selection and specification of solar inverters, transformers, and switchgear. Compliance with relevant standards, energy yield assessments, system performance optimization, and preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) will also fall under your purview. In the realm of Business Development, you will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assist in preparing technical proposals, tenders, and presentations for clients. You will engage with clients, generate leads, and follow up on solar projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions. Participation in industry events, seminars, and networking activities will be encouraged. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering & HSE with up to 1-2 years of experience.
