Ecommerce Sales Executive – International Sales (USA Shift)

Unicus Creations is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales conversions for international customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Update and maintain daily sales trackers and reports.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, International Sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Good sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage leads efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining sales reports.
• Must have a personal laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Shift Timing

USA Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
• Performance-based incentives
• Growth opportunities based on performance

Work Location

• Initially: Remote / Work From Home
• After approximately 6 months: Work from Office
• Office Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
