We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented individual for our E-commerce Order Processing & Returns team. Whether you’re a fresher looking to start your career or someone with a bit of experience, this role is a great entry point into the fast-paced world of e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage online orders across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely order dispatch and track delivery progress
• Handle customer return requests and coordinate with courier services for pickups
• Work with warehouse/logistics staff for smooth packaging and shipping
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and daily reports
• Assist with basic data entry and documentation tasks

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers with good computer knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of online shopping platforms is a bonus
• Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, order handling, or logistics are also welcome

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Internet browsing)
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
• Willingness to learn new software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication

Preferred But Not Mandatory:

• Familiarity with Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central, order management tools, or shipping label creation
• Any internship or coursework related to e-commerce or logistics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
