Ecommerce Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Executive to manage our Myntra seller account from product listing to payment reconciliation while driving sales growth through strategic account handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Myntra’s seller portal and be capable of managing the complete account lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, pricing, and images.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely inventory replenishment.
• Manage orders, returns, and ensure smooth operational flow.
• Handle payment reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and resolve with Myntra.
• Analyze account performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Implement promotional strategies and campaigns to boost sales.
• Stay updated with Myntra marketplace policies and best practices.
• Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Myntra or other e-commerce marketplace accounts.
• Strong knowledge of listing, catalog management, and payment reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Myntra Seller Portal, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce.
• Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
• Familiarity with multiple marketplace platforms is a plus.

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance-based incentives
