Job Summary

We are hiring an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage e-commerce data, website updates, WhatsApp marketing activities, reporting, and day-to-day online operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Excel and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory data, and e-commerce reports.
• Update brand websites, including product uploads and content changes.
• Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and track campaign data.
• Assist in AI training activities, including data organization, tagging, and validation.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports.
• Ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for daily e-commerce operations.

Qualification & Experience

• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, and reporting).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Job Location

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
