Job Role Overview:We are hiring a Full Stack Web Developer who also understands the basics of Digital Marketing. Candidate must be able to build modern, SEO-friendly websites using React.js and Next.js, and support our online campaigns, analytics, and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:Web Development (Main Role):* Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using:* HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)* React.js (functional components, hooks)* Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes, routing)* Create SEO-optimized websites and blogs* Integrate REST APIs and handle deployment (Vercel, Netlify, Firebase)* Use Git/GitHub for version control* Collaborate with design & content teams to build engaging UI/UX Digital Marketing (Support Role):* Ensure website SEO best practices (meta tags, structure, alt tags, schema)* Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic SEM tools* Help manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (optional but a plus)* Support landing page design & lead capture strategy* Track website performance & suggest improvements Required Skills:* HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)* Tailwind CSS* Firebase / MongoDB* React.js & Next.js* Git, GitHub* Responsive Design (Mobile-First)* SEO Fundamentals (Meta, Tags, Sitemap, Robots.txt)* Email marketing (Mailchimp or similar)Good to Have (Bonus Skills):* TypeScript* Canva / Figma (basic design understanding)* Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking
