Role OverviewOperation Executive - Waste Management We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end waste disposal process. This role requires strong coordination, relationship management, and communication skills to ensure efficient scrap disposal and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the full cycle of waste/scrap disposal processes as per defined protocols. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline scrap collection and ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of scrap types, quantities, and disposal methods. Liaise with buyer partners for timely scrap pick-up and transaction closure. Communicate effectively with clients through calls, emails, and other channels. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Interacting via various channels, such as emails, social media, direct calls and modifying leads, pitches in response to client demand. Identify client needs and provide solutions through the company’s services & portal.
