Job Description: As an experienced professional with 2-4 years of experience, your primary responsibility will involve testing candidate releases of new or modified CRM and/or FO applications. Collaborating with business partners, you will ensure the quality of scalable software solutions by realizing the full capability of D365. This includes supporting all quality assurance tasks, preparing test plans, creating detailed test cases for customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. Additionally, you will be involved in functional, integration, and regression testing activities. Your role will require you to document any defects found during daily testing activities and track them to resolution. You will support DevOps development teams in test planning and execution, as well as participate in release activities and post-release support tasks. Moreover, you will contribute to user story mapping, sprint planning, estimation, and feature walk-throughs. Participating in user acceptance testing and maintaining documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Remaining current with industry best practices related to testing, test automation, CRM/D365, and/or D365 F&O technologies is essential. Reviewing the test plan implications of Change Requests and preparing ad-hoc reports and presentations for PMO and Clients are integral parts of your role. Minimum Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in supporting software development test activities of a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 or D365 F&O - Demonstrated experience with Selenium, RSAT, or EasyRepo - Ability to develop software test plans and test cases - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Automation Skills: - Preferred experience with Specflow and Selenium using BDD - Understanding of Gherkin Language and Cucumber - Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming - Coding skills in C#, Python, Java, or Pytest - Knowledge of SQL and API testing Desired Qualifications: - Industry testing certifications - Experience in Performance testing using open-source tools like JMeter - D365 certifications, classes, or exams - Azure certifications, classes, or exams Qualifications: BE, B.Tech, or MCA Additional Information: Details not provided,
