Job Description (SEO Specialist): We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO strategy, running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), keyword optimization , and improving overall website performance. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO and paid marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance our brand’s online presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking. 2. Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar tools) for performance tracking. 3. Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads , and other paid marketing campaigns. 4. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization. 5. Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for SEO best practices. 6. Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI through A/B testing and targeting. 7. Create and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority. 8. Work with the content and web development teams to implement SEO-friendly design and content. 9. Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to the management. Requirements: · 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital campaign management. · Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools. · Understanding of current SEO trends, algorithms, and ranking factors. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Good communication and teamwork abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
