Early Years - Facilitators

As a Cambridge Facilitator, your role will involve delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum for Early Years & Primary, inspiring and guiding learners to achieve their academic and personal potential, employing innovative teaching methods, technology integration, and differentiated instruction. Additionally, you will participate actively in school events, professional learning communities, and curriculum development while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture reflecting global perspectives. You will also be responsible for assessing and monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant subject area. - Prior teaching experience (Cambridge or international curriculum experience preferred). - Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
