Early Career Trainee - Shop Floor Trainee

Role Overview: Join our Industry leading manufacturing team as a Trainee where you will play a key role in the daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will get hands-on experience in assembling innovative products for the energy industry and be part of a team that ensures the highest quality of custom builds. Key Responsibilities: - Assembling & testing control valves and their accessories. - Performing pre-job duties, machine inspection, and tester condition checks as per checklist. - Maintaining workstation, records, and communications as required. - Vouchering worked hours applicable to the manufacturing activity assigned. - Preparing control valves and its sub assembly parts for shipment. - Following the shop floor policy related to working shifts, lunch breaks, and PPE usage. Qualifications Required: - High School Diploma or Equivalent. - Ability to read and understand work instructions/procedures. - Can-do attitude. - Basic awareness of 5S & Lean Manufacturing. - Ability to report safety, quality, and route issues to the supervisor. - Adherence to Baker Hughes HSE policies and Legal Compliance requirements.
