Job Title: Finance & Business Operations Executive Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Electronic City, Bangalore Type: Full-Time About the Role: E3 Electric.ai is looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented Finance & Business Operations Executive who can work directly with the founder to drive financial discipline, business analytics, and operational execution across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes end-to-end ownership, and wants to grow rapidly while gaining exposure to finance, strategy, and operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Core Finance & Accounting Manage daily finance operations including invoicing, vendor payments, reimbursements, and bookkeeping. Maintain accurate financial records in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks. Coordinate with auditors, CA, and compliance teams for GST/TDS/ROC filings. Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements. 2. Business Operations & Cost Control Track and manage operational expenses across R&D, purchase, manufacturing, and admin. Perform costing analysis for components, assemblies, and EV projects. Validate POs, vendor quotations, and approve payments with proper documentation. Maintain cash flow planning and monitor burn rate. 3.MIS, Reporting & Analytics Create financial dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics. Support the founder with business insights, data analysis, and presentations. Prepare investor-ready documents, fundraising data, and financial projections when needed. Work on business automation and process improvements. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with purchase, stores, R&D, HR, and leadership teams. Ensure financial discipline across departments. Coordinate for audits, vendor management, and operational reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications 1. B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent. 2. 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounts, MIS, or business operations. 3. Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, financial formulas). 4. Experience with Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks. 5. Good communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and directly with the founder. 7. Startup mindset: fast learning, ownership, flexibility, and energy. 8. Experience in EV, manufacturing, automotive, or tech startups. 9. Exposure to costing, budgeting, forecasting, or pricing. 10. Experience creating investor decks or business reports.
