We are expanding our E-Publishing division and are looking for talented professionals to join us.

Role Overview

We are seeking an E-Publishing Specialist with around 2 years of experience in handling eBook conversion, XML/HTML coding, and digital publishing workflows. You will be responsible for creating, formatting, and validating eBooks across multiple platforms (EPUB, MOBI, PDF), ensuring that our clients receive content that is accurate, accessible, and distribution-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end eBook conversion processes (EPUB, MOBI, XML, HTML, PDF, etc.).
• Perform typesetting, layout design, and formatting for digital content.
• Validate EPUB/MOBI files using industry-standard tools (ePubCheck, Kindle Previewer, etc.).
• Conduct quality checks (QC) to ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Collaborate with the design, editing, and quality teams to deliver projects on time.
• Troubleshoot formatting, compatibility, and accessibility issues across platforms (Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play Books, etc.).
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across large-volume projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in E-Publishing / Digital Publishing.
• Strong knowledge of EPUB3, MOBI, HTML, CSS, XML, and PDF workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe InDesign, Sigil, Oxygen XML, Dreamweaver, or similar software.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, DAISY, Section 508 compliance) is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
