Key responsibilities.

• Platform and product management:
• Manage and update the company's e-commerce website and product listings.
• Optimize the online platform for a seamless user experience.
• Marketing and sales:
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyse sales data to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement tactics to increase online sales conversions.
• Customer and logistics support:
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with logistics for order fulfilment and delivery.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
• Analysis and strategy:
• Monitor and analyse online sales performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and qualifications.

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with e-commerce platforms and back-office software, and good communication skills for coordinating with other teams.
• Qualifications: A background in e-commerce operations, a degree in a related field like marketing or business, or equivalent experience are common.

Pay: ₹9,800.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
