E-Commerce Website Assistant

We are looking for an E-Commerce Website Assistant to support daily online store operations. The ideal candidate should have basic design skills, simple SEO understanding, and the ability to manage product data using Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and update products on e-commerce websites (images, descriptions, prices, variants).
• Use Canva to create simple banners, product images, and promotional creatives.
• Apply basic SEO practices to product titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Maintain product data, inventory sheets, and order tracking.
• Monitor website listings, product visibility, and customer queries.
• Assist in day-to-day online sales activities
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth workflow.

Skills Required

• Basic Canva design skills (editing images, product banners).
• Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, product optimisation, meta tags).
• Basic Google Sheets skills (sorting, filtering, formula basics).
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, website CMS – added advantage).

• Freshers can apply.
