Process : Semi Voice Process

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 1 year in BPO

Shifts : Day shifts (flexible btw 8am to 8pm) Any 9 hours

Working Days : 6 days working & 1 day rotational off

Salary : 27k CTC

Two way cab wil be provided

Location : Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding orders, products, payments, delivery, returns, and complaints.
• Respond to customer queries via live chat, emails, or support tickets.
• Provide step-by-step support to help customers navigate the e-commerce platform.
• Assist customers in placing, tracking, or modifying orders.
• Explain payment options, promotions, and discounts.
