Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information. Oversee order processing, including receiving orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating shipments. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product offerings. Ensure timely delivery of products by tracking shipments and communicating with customers regarding delays or updates. Monitor order fulfillment progress, resolving any issues that may arise during the process. Desired Candidate Profile 5-9 years of experience in e-commerce operations management. Strong understanding of order taking, order management, order processing, order fulfillment, product listing, shipment tracking processes. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
