About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who can independently manage and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Amazon Ads, catalogue management, and other major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Take complete ownership of Amazon marketplace operations and performance.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon Ads/PPC campaigns to improve sales and ROAS.
• Create, manage, and optimize product catalogues and listings.
• Ensure product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and other catalogue details are accurate and optimized.
• Monitor product rankings, traffic, conversions, sales, and overall marketplace performance.
• Manage inventory, orders, returns, cancellations, and other marketplace operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversions, and sales.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, keywords, and marketplace trends.
• Handle marketplace issues, seller support cases, account health, and product-related concerns.
• Prepare and analyze sales, advertising, and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with warehouse, creative, customer support, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Good practical knowledge of Amazon Ads/PPC and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of catalogue management and product listing optimization.
• Experience with Flipkart, Meesho, or other marketplaces will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership and independently manage marketplace operations.

Salary

No bar for the right candidate. Salary will be negotiable based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
