E-Commerce Manager

Bhagwati Industrial Group is looking for an experienced E-Commerce professional with a strong background in the Rice Industry specifically.

Qualification and experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, E-commerce management, with at least 2 years exclusively managing rice, pulses, flour (Atta), or heavy staple food brands.

Rice Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer preferences in rice (e.g., aged Basmati vs. new crop, institutional vs. household packs) and FSSAI guidelines for grain packaging.

Data & Logistics Savvy: Proven ability to manage supply chain operations for heavy/bulky consumer goods. Proficient in MS Excel for inventory forecasting and margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket and similar marketplaces.
• Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory and catalogue updates.
• Monitor sales, orders, inventory, returns, cancellations and marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams to resolve operational issues.
• Track marketplace advertising campaigns and coordinate with agencies for optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion and sales.
• Keep track of marketplace policies, promotions and ongoing offers.

Skills required

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces.
• Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace portals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Someone who is proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
