-product listings & uploading of products on our E-commerce platforms.
-Have knowledge of gemstone jewelry.
-Have knowledge of all Natural Gemstones.
-one should be proficient in using platforms like Etsy, eBay and India Mart.
-Handling Leads on a daily Basis
-Generate sales by persuading customers to purchase products or services.
-Document all call information and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
-Follow up on leads and make regular follow-up calls.
