Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Location: Phoolbagan, Kolkata Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings, handle customer leads, and support daily online sales operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to lead conversion and platform management. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing: Create, update, and manage product listings across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and/or brand website. Ensure accuracy in product details, pricing, images, specifications, and SEO-friendly descriptions. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment. Lead Management: Attend to customer inquiries from various platforms (email, calls, chat, social media). Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. Maintain a database of leads and update their status regularly. Order Processing & Coordination: Ensure smooth order processing, coordination with logistics, and timely dispatch. Track and resolve any order-related issues, including returns, cancellations, and complaints. Marketplace Management: Manage seller accounts, promotions, pricing strategies, and rating/review analysis. Coordinate with marketplace account managers to ensure compliance and visibility. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain sales reports and performance dashboards. Analyze traffic and sales data to identify trends and improve listings. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in E-Commerce operations. Hands-on experience with major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Proficient in Excel, listing tools, and e-commerce dashboards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
