Key Responsibilities
Platform Maintenance & Listing
- Create, update, and audit product listings across platforms with strict adherence to platform guidelines.- Ensure accurate SKU mapping, pricing, inventory sync, and category tagging.- Monitor platform bleed (reverse shipping, commission changes, etc.) and flag anomalies.- Execute daily catalog checks to prevent listing errors, duplication, or compliance violations.
Design & Creative Execution
- Collaborate on product image editing—background removal, enhancement, and compliance with platform standards.- Create banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives tailored to each platform’s algorithm and audience.- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
Operational & Analytical
- Track listing performance, conversion rates, and platform penalties.- Maintain platform-wise margin sheets and escalate bleed cases.- Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams to ensure listing-to-logistics alignment.
