E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced candidate to oversee our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and knowledge of ecommerce markets, along with excellent communication skills.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement SEO & SMO strategies to enhance our website and social media promotions.

Drive traffic to our social media pages, website, and offline stores, and convert traffic into sales.

Create website and social media content that engages and resonates with our target audience.

Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.

Manage day-to-day E-commerce activities.

Assist with product shoots and image editing, when required.

Analyze competitor websites and social media pages.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms.

Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, SMO, PPC, and other web marketing platforms.

Innovative thinking to improve the business in new areas.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to the company's policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Proficiency in CSS and HTML5 (preferred).

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

English and Tamil (mandatory).

Hindi and Kannada (preferred).

Telugu and Malayalam (optional).

OFFICE LOCATION: Tatabad, Coimbatore.

OFFICE TIMINGS: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

WEEKLY OFF: Sunday.
