Job Title: E-Branch Relationship Manager – Retention

Location: 17th Floor, Hiranandani estate, thane
Job Description:
* Manage customer retention and relationship-building activities.
* Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
* Promote sales and cross-selling of banking products.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize customer attrition.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
* Must be comfortable with sales and cross-selling.
* Open to both male and female candidates.
* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹630,000.00 per year
