Dynamics Business Central developer

Role Overview: You will be a Dynamics Business Central Developer at EGDK India Private Limited, located in Mangaluru. Your main responsibilities will include software development, implementing and integrating NAV solutions, optimizing business processes, and performing programming tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software solutions meet customer requirements and provide exceptional value. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 5+ years of experience in Dynamics BC Development to develop, extend, and maintain Business Central solutions. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in AL language and adhere to best practices and coding standards for AL, focusing on performance optimization, upgradeability, and maintainability. - Support AL development for ISV products and understand the ISV development lifecycle, including app source validation, per-tenant extensions, and version management. - Showcase expertise in GitHub by employing branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and release management. - Utilize Azure Functions to create serverless integrations for extending Business Central functionality. - Optional: Familiarity with Jira for backlog tracking, sprint planning, and issue management. - Optional: Knowledge of AL-Go for GitHub and CI/CD pipeline setup. - Optional: Ability to enhance Business Central pages and controls with client-side scripting using JavaScript. - Optional: Awareness of how to connect and extend Business Central with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse within the Power Platform. Qualifications: - You should have 5+ years of experience in Dynamics BC Development. - Strong proficiency in AL language and experience with developing, extending, and maintaining Business Central solutions is required. - Familiarity with best practices and coding standards for AL, including performance optimization, upgradeability, and maintainability. - Hands-on experience with supporting AL development for ISV products and understanding of the ISV development lifecycle. - GitHub expertise is a must-have, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and release management. - Knowledge of Jira is a nice-to-have for backlog tracking, sprint planning, and issue management. - Familiarity with AL-Go for GitHub and CI/CD pipeline setup is a nice-to-have. - Understanding of automated builds, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines for Business Central extensions is essential. - Experience with Azure Functions for creating serverless integrations for extending Business Central functionality is a must-have. - Optional: Ability to enhance Business Central pages and controls with client-side scripting using JavaScript. - Optional: Awareness of how to connect and extend Business Central with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse within the Power Platform.,
