Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai. The Customer Success Manager will build and maintain lasting client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored property solutions. The role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, resolving customer concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance client experiences. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include post-sale support, analyzing customer feedback to refine services, and providing strategic insights to drive customer retention and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management and communication skills Experience in client support, conflict resolution, and customer-centric problem solving Proficiency in real estate processes, market analysis, and understanding of Mumbai’s property trends Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Familiarity with property management software or CRM tools is a plus Prior experience in customer success, sales, or account management roles in the real estate or service-based industries is advantageous
