Dynamic Flow Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Design Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in 2D & 3D modeling using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and SolidWorks. The ideal candidate should have expertise in mechanical design, material selection, GD&T, and industry standards like ISO, API 6A & API 16C.Key Responsibilities:Create 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and SolidWorks. Handle measuring instruments and ensure accurate design dimensions.Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and perform calculations related to pressure vessels in the design process.Select material grades based on industry standards and project requirements.Understand and incorporate casting, forging, and heat treatment processes in product design.Calculate finished weights and forged weights of components.Design products for the Oil & Gas Sector, including:Swivel UnionsHammer UnionsTees & CrossesValves & Valve ComponentEnsure compliance with ISO & API standards (API 6A & API 16C).Participate in ISO & API audits and ensure adherence to quality standards.Stay updated with industry standards relevant to design and development. Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).Experience: 3 to 5 years in mechanical design and product development.Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and SolidWorks for 2D & 3D modeling.Strong knowledge of GD&T, pressure vessel calculations, and material grades.Familiarity with casting, forging, and heat treatment processes.Experience in Oil & Gas sector product design.
