Duty Medical Officer (MBBS with Telangana Registration)

Job Description

Provide immediate medical attention to emergency cases and stabilize patients. Monitor and manage patients admitted in wards, ICUs, and other critical units. Conduct routine rounds, assess patient conditions, and update treatment charts. Ensure timely execution of orders given by consultants or specialists. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Coordinate with nursing staff and allied health professionals for integrated patient care. Assist in the implementation of infection control policies and clinical protocols. Respond to Code Blue, Code Red, and other hospital emergencies. Communicate effectively with patient families regarding condition updates under guidance from consultants. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical practices, and legal healthcare standards.
