Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Executive/Manager located in Indore. The incumbent will be responsible for managing sales activities within the designated geographical area, identifying potential clients, creating and delivering appropriate product presentations, and developing enduring relationships with customers. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors' products, and preparing sales reports. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management and Business Development Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Knowledge of Epoxy, Polyurethane Flooring, and Waterproofing Solutions Capability to create sales presentations and product demonstrations Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the industrial flooring or construction industry is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
