Duck Creek DMS Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solution Engineer with a strong background in SQL, SSIS, and in-depth experience working with Duck Creek Distribution Management System. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with the Commission and Bonus modules, along with the ability to develop, configure, and optimize distribution workflows that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Duck Creek Distribution Management, specifically focusing on Commission and Bonus modules.Create and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures to support integration and data processing tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and data anomalies.Participate in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and technical design sessions.Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation protocols.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or solution engineering roles.Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Distribution Management, especially the Commission and Bonus modules.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Duck Creek modules is a plus.Knowledge of insurance industry workflows and processes
