Summary We are looking for a Receptionist cum Tele Caller who will be the first point of contact for our company. The candidate will handle front desk responsibilities along with inbound and outbound calls related to travel inquiries, holiday packages, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Reception & Front Desk Duties Greet visitors and clients professionally and courteously Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records Handle incoming calls and route them to the concerned department Maintain office coordination and basic administrative tasks Tele Calling & Customer Coordination Make outbound calls to potential customers for travel packages Handle inbound inquiries related to holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visas Provide accurate information about destinations, packages, and offers Follow up with leads and assist the sales team Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status Support & Coordination Coordinate with sales and operations teams Assist customers with basic queries and booking support Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to confirmation Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Good communication skills in English & Hindi Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp) Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or telecalling will be an advantage Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates preferred Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Experience in travel agency / tour & travel company is a plus Benefits Friendly work environment Growth opportunities in the travel industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
