About the Role

Lomnith Capital Solution India Private Limited is looking for a motivated and target-orientated DST Executive to support business growth through field sales, cold calling, and B2B visits. The candidate will be responsible for visiting shops and businesses across Pune, generating leads, building business relationships, and promoting banking and financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to shops, businesses, and commercial areas across Pune.
• Make daily cold calls to identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Conduct B2B visits and build strong relationships with business owners and shopkeepers.
• Collect a minimum of 100 visiting cards daily from shops and businesses.
• Submit collected visiting cards and lead details to the office on a daily basis.
• Generate customer references and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote banking and financial products to potential customers.
• Maintain daily field visit reports and accurate sales records.
• Follow up on leads and business opportunities as required.
• Work towards achieving assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience; banking experience is preferred.
• Good communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of field sales and banking products.
• Ability to handle cold calling and B2B visits.
• Target-orientated, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Willingness to travel across Pune for field visits.
