Job Description

As a Radar Developer for the radar program at Acsia Technologies, your primary responsibility will be to develop and integrate radar signal processing algorithms and embedded software for next-generation automotive radar systems. You will work closely with global teams to ensure the delivery of high-performance radar solutions that meet safety, performance, and compliance standards set by the Client. Key Responsibilities: - Radar Signal Processing & Algorithm Development - Design and implement radar algorithms such as FFT, Doppler, clustering, tracking, and angle estimation. - Optimize radar pipeline blocks for enhanced performance and memory efficiency. - Develop custom modules for urban clutter, multipath mitigation, and low-SNR scenarios. - Embedded Software Development - Create radar firmware for automotive-grade ECUs. - Port algorithms to DSPs and FPGAs from manufacturers like TI, NXP, and Infineon. - Implement drivers and middleware for radar sensor integration, including adherence to AUTOSAR standards. - Calibration & Testing - Conduct range, angle, and velocity calibration activities. - Provide support for radar-in-the-loop, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing. - Validate radar performance under real-world driving conditions. - System Integration & Validation - Integrate radar systems with vehicle platforms and sensor fusion stacks. - Perform scenario-based validation ensuring compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and NCAP radar protocols. - Lifecycle Support & Diagnostics - Assist in radar calibration during production and post-sales phases. - Analyze field issues and offer solutions for deployment challenges. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of radar physics, RF fundamentals, and MIMO radar. - Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Python, and MATLAB. - Experience with AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) stack and Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS). - Knowledge of radar Software Development Kits (SDKs), embedded platforms, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), and radar testing tools such as CANoe and radar chambers. - Familiarity with AI/ML-based radar perception is considered advantageous.,
