Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – DSK Leather Works Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to manage and grow our business by handling sales activities with existing and new corporate clients. The role involves lead calling, sending quotations, follow-ups, order finalisation, and ensuring timely payment collection. The candidate will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth in the safety footwear and PPE industry. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Calling and connecting with B2B leads (companies, resellers, distributors) ✅ Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable products ✅ Preparing and emailing professional quotations and product details ✅ Regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert leads into orders ✅ Coordinating with clients till order finalisation and dispatch ✅ Staying in constant communication with clients till payment is received ✅ Maintaining proper records of leads, quotations, orders, and payments ✅ Supporting the sales manager in achieving monthly targets ✅ Building long-term business relationships with customers Requirements: ✔ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in industrial products, footwear, PPE, or similar fields ✔ Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English, Hindi, and Marathi ✔ Ability to handle client objections and close sales effectively ✔ Basic computer skills – Email, MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc. ✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good follow-up habits ✔ Experience in payment follow-ups is a plus Job Type: Full-time (Office-based) Location: [Ahmednagar/MIDC Ahmednagar] Salary: Fixed + Incentives based on performance) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
