Driver (Heavy license)

1. Drive vehicle for official travel and business or as requested by representative.

2. Maintain high standard of service to the customers

3. Ensure punctuality and safe transport

4. Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations.

5. Ensure safe driving practices include local driving codes and agreed standards. Alcohol must not be consumed or present while on duty.

6. Help for shifting the labors, equipment’s and raw materials.

1. Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working conditions at all times.

2. Ensure vehicle is secure at all times, given regular maintenance check, oil, water, battery and Tyres.

3. Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operation and maintenance, expenses, mileage at end of the month.

4. Assist HRD to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule.

5. Assist in purchase of new vehicles as required.

2. Keep the vehicle neat and clean

3. Oil checking and radiator water test should be done before starting the vehicle in the morning.

4. As per the delivery instruction from warehouse responsible person/marbles department, place the vehicle to the warehouse or to the yard.

5. The driver must be with the customer and the salesman when loading the material into the vehicle.

6. Collect the invoice from the accounts department after loading.

7. Collect the payment if there is any payment collection from the customer

8. Make sure that the loaded material matches the invoices.

9. Please indicate the starting kilometres on the trip sheet.

10. To ensure the correct customer location, ask or call them directly with a cheerful attitude.

11. When the unloading time comes, make sure the loading team is unloading in the right way.

12. Drivers are completely responsible for delivering materials to the site without cracks or cracks.

13. Make sure that loading devices such as stand are in good condition to maintain safety. In addition, the loading material should be safely and properly placed in the vehicle.

14. If any cheque is collected for outstanding payment from the site, be sure to check with the accounts team.

15. After the material has been offloaded on the site, the driver must request a confirmation signature of the customer to ensure that the material received is in good condition and quantity according to their bill.

16. Support the warehouse team for any material collection from the depot or any dealers.

17. Indicate the time on the trip sheet whenever you return from the trip.

18. Accept the tip money from the customer only if they give it and do not ask for a tip without the customers giving it.

19. At the end of the day, make sure the vehicle is safely parked.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
