Driver ( Heavy Driver )

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the school bus along designated routes and maintain punctuality in pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Ensure student safety while boarding, traveling, and alighting the bus.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations without exception.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the Transport In-Charge.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus (interior and exterior) at all times.
• Assist with bus maintenance checks, servicing schedules, and record-keeping.
• Maintain discipline among students during transit, ensuring polite and responsible behavior.
• Support in transporting staff or materials when required for school events.
• Attend transport meetings and safety trainings as directed by the management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Must possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Heavy Duty License).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably in school or institutional transport.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹20,000.73 per month
