Driver Cum Worker

We are hiring a Driver cum Worker to support transportation and general work duties at our organization. The ideal candidate should be a male aged 35 years or above, with 0–5 years of experience, and the ability to read and write in Malayalam and English. Candidates with a valid driving license and a basic educational background (SSLC or Plus Two) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles safely for transporting goods, materials, or staff
• Assist in loading/unloading and delivery of items
• Perform general labor or support work as required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle
• Follow company protocols, road safety rules, and assigned routes
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain basic records/logs in Malayalam or English

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: SSLC or Plus Two (12th pass)
• Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers with valid license may apply)
• Gender: Male
• Age: 35 years and above
• Language Skills: Must be able to read and write in Malayalam and English
• Certifications: Valid Driving License (Mandatory); any additional certification is a plus

• Physical ability to handle loading and manual tasks
• Basic communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Punctuality, discipline, and willingness to take initiative
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic rules

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
