Client Retention / Relationship Manager - B2B Sales mumbai 2 - 6 years INR 8.0 - 13.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are seeking a results-driven Client Retention / Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing SME clients. The role focuses on maximizing wallet share, driving repeat business, and ensuring long-term client retention while achieving revenue and origination targets. Shift timing will be US Shifts: (6:00 PM 3:00 AM) Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Founders) across SME and mid-market clients. Drive month-on-month revenue growth through effective client retention, upselling, and cross-selling of loan and financial products. Act as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts across the entire client lifecycle. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new client acquisition where required. Originate and structure customized loan and trade finance solutions to meet client requirements and maintain a competitive edge. Address and resolve complex client queries related to loan products, trade finance solutions, and company offerings . Achieve and exceed annual origination, disbursement, and revenue targets from assigned portfolios. Work closely with credit, operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding, disbursement, and post-sales support. Ensure a zero-dropout client approach by proactively managing client engagement and anticipating client needs. Maintain accurate client records, pipelines, and reports in CRM systems. Preferred Candidate Profile Proven experience in Any B2B sales, loan sales, client retention, or key account management . Strong track record of managing senior stakeholders and delivering consistent revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Experience in financial services, lending, trade finance, NBFC, fintech, or SaaS will be an added advantage. Target-driven, customer-centric, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
