Our BSCI-approved facility meets all requirements of social compliance. We specialise in ladies’ and children’s wear , producing a wide range of fashion garments for clients across chain stores and haute couture boutiques. With an in-house setup, from cutting to packing, our current production stands at 25,000 pcs/month, with a capacity of 50,000 pcs/month. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will help grow our brand presence, manage our social media channels, and drive new business opportunities through outreach and partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and play a key role in expanding the Dressman brand. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and reach out to potential clients and brands (B2B) through cold emailing, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods. Schedule and attend client meetings to pitch Dressman’s capabilities and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Assist in strategic initiatives to expand business partnerships and collaborations. Marketing & Social Media Manage and grow the company’s and MD’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and website presence. Plan, ideate, and create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, and campaigns. Work with creative and production teams to ensure brand consistency across channels. Monitor analytics, track engagement, and optimise marketing efforts for growth. Brand Communication Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in fashion, apparel, or manufacturing industries). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and content creation tools. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
