Draughtsman (MEP)

We are hiring an MEP Draftsman with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-story IT parks, commercial complexes, residential towers, hospitality projects, and hospital buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes, standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC), and specific project requirements.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to implement revisions and resolve technical issues.
• Develop layouts, schematics, and shop drawings as per client specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Familiarity with coordination drawings and MEP standards.
• Strong understanding of MEP services in high-rise and specialized buildings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
