Draughts (civil)

Buildown Developers, a reputed builder specializing in premium villa projects, is looking to hire a Civil Draughtsman to join our construction team. We are seeking candidates who are efficient in technical drawing and skilled in AutoCAD. Those with a strong understanding of drafting—even without prior work experience—are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.

2. Develop layout plans, elevations, and sections for civil works.

3. Work closely with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and convert them into accurate drawings.

4. Maintain and update project drawings as per revisions and client feedback.

5. Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, local codes, and industry regulations.

6. Conduct site visits when required to gather measurements and data for accuracy.

7. Organize and maintain drawing records and ensure proper document control.

8. Demonstrate easy handling of AutoCAD software with speed and accuracy.

9. Be efficient in drawing preparation, minimizing errors and revisions.

10. Adapt and learn quickly even with limited experience (0–1 year); candidates with strong drafting skills are welcome to apply.
