Draftsman (Architect)

Role Overview: As a Draftsman (Architect) at our Indore Head Office, you will play a crucial role in the architectural design process. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing building specifications, creating technical drawings, using CAD software, collaborating with architects and engineers, and staying updated on the latest industry technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze building specifications, codes, and sites. - Create technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications. - Use CAD software to create drawings with precise measurements, calculations, and building codes. - Print CAD drawing schematics for architects, construction managers, and engineers. - Enter CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to generate 3-D models. - Prepare drawings, charts, and records using CAD equipment and drafting techniques. - Visit construction sites for measurements and calculations as required. - Collaborate with architects and construction engineers to ensure compliance with regulations. - Stay informed about advancements and technologies in architectural design. Qualifications Required: - Educational background: ITI / Diploma in Civil. - Experience: 6 to 15 years in a similar role.
