Job Description

Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks. Develop drawings for mechanical components, assemblies, sheet metal, piping layouts, and fabrication. Create GA (General Arrangement) drawings and detailed part drawings. Prepare and update Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure drawings are practical and manufacturable. Follow industry standards, safety norms, and quality procedures while drafting. Basic understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and mechanical design principles. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word). Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Occasional site or plant visits if required.
