Col. (Retd.) Ravi Kumar Jain and the Heart and Diabetes Care Center . The role involves managing patient communication, coordinating with healthcare partners, organizing medical camps, and creating awareness campaigns to enhance community outreach and promote the specialized heart and diabetes services offered. Key Responsibilities 1. Patient & Community Relations Act as the first point of contact between patients, families, and the clinic. Ensure smooth handling of patient inquiries, appointments, and feedback. Organize patient awareness programs, workshops, and health camps. Maintain strong community relations to build trust and loyalty. 2. Branding & Reputation Management Promote Dr. Ravi Jain’s expertise as a Senior Consultant Physician, Cardiologist, and Diabetes Specialist. Highlight his background as Lt. Col. (Retd.) Indian Army & Ex-Associate Professor for credibility. Develop patient education materials, brochures, and press releases. Manage testimonials and patient success stories. 3.
