We are looking for an experienced SOFTWARE Engineer for our HRMS product. Role & responsibilities As a DOT NET Developer with SQL expertise, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our ERP/HRMS software solutions. Your key responsibilities will includes - Develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies Must Have Prior Experience in working with a Domestic product company specially ln a ERP/HRMS platform . Work on front-end and back-end components ensuring high-quality deliverables. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers in SQL Server. Ensure database performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Provide technical support for existing applications. Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
