Description
As a Lead .NET Full Stack Developer at Orion Innovation, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into our core applications. With your deep expertise in .NET Full Stack, specifically leveraging .NET Core 6+ and Angular 15+, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable cloud solutions using Azure Services. Your leadership will be key in guiding a team, championing modern DevOps principles, and translating business needs into AI-powered features. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Development Leadership:** - Lead end-to-end development efforts for complex applications, guiding technical design, architecture, and implementation within the team. - Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. - **AI/ML Integration:** - Design and implement scalable APIs and services to integrate AI/Machine Learning models into front-end and back-end applications. - Explore and utilize Azure AI Services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning) to build intelligent features. - **Full Stack Implementation:** - Implement and drive .NET Full Stack development (Angular 15+ and .NET Core 6+) with a strong focus on optimizing application performance and scalability. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Work collaboratively with Product, Data Science, Design, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver robust, business-driven, and scalable solutions. - **Cloud & DevOps:** - Leverage Azure cloud solutions and Functions and DevOps principles (CI/CD, automation) to optimize development workflows, deployment, and monitoring. - **Quality Assurance & Documentation:** - Ensure high code quality through adherence to development standards, leading rigorous code reviews, and implementing best practices. - Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation and provide necessary L3 technical support to application users. **Required Skills and Experience:** - **Experience:** 8+ years of professional software development experience. - **Full Stack Expertise:** - Expertise in .NET Full Stack development. - Expertise in .NET Core version 6+ (Backend development). - Expertise in Angular version 15+ (Frontend development). - **AI/ML Integration:** - Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or utilizing pre-built Azure AI Services into enterprise applications. - Understanding of data handling and processing required for AI workloads. - **Cloud Proficiency:** - Extensive experience in Azure Services and Functions for deployment, scaling, and data storage. - **Leadership & Technical Acumen:** - Prior experience leading development features or projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively debug and optimize applications for performance. - **Teamwork:** - Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed and dynamic team environment.
